Membership should be subject to identity verification, safeguarding, eligibility, orientation, code-of-conduct acceptance and approval by authorised office bearers.

Approved applicants receive information about conduct, safety, roles and training.

4. Active participation

Members serve only within approved responsibilities and supervision arrangements.

Option 1: Google Form registration

Edit the Shortcode widget in Elementor and replace PASTE_GOOGLE_FORM_LINK_HERE with the public Google Form URL. The form will then appear and submit on this page.

Option 2: On-site membership form

This independent form sends registration details to the configured website email. Set up SMTP, confirm data-retention rules and test delivery before launch.

Privacy and consent

Membership applications may contain identity and contact information. Restrict administrator access, use secure hosting, enable HTTPS, define retention periods and publish an approved privacy notice before collecting applications.
