Information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess membership applications, organise training, confirm attendance, maintain safety and administrative records, communicate approved updates and meet legitimate organisational or legal responsibilities.
If the embedded Google Form is used, information is also processed through Google’s services and the form owner’s account. Hosting, email, analytics, security and backup providers may process limited data as required to provide those services.
Access should be limited to authorised administrators. The organisation should use HTTPS, secure passwords, role-based access, reliable backups, malware protection and tested email delivery.
Retain information only for an approved purpose and period. Applicants and participants should be able to request correction of inaccurate information or ask how their data is being used.
Add the verified privacy contact email and postal address before launch. Record the policy approval date and revision history.
